She is dedicated to creating robust corporate cultures that promote continuous business growth & cultivate customer loyalty by empowering & motivating employees to realize their full potential and bring their best to the job.

Having started on her career with Duntex Agencies shortly after the company was founded; MS Rose spent three years as a property manager, learning the importance of property advertising, communication, supervision of all renovations, and teamwork for business while studying at Mount Kenya University.

In 2019 she graduated in her HRM Course from Kenya Institute of Management (KIMS). Ms Rose put her experience and knowledge to practice by becoming one of the first HR Generalist at ITEQ.
She is the current Human Resource Officer at Wibena Business Institute and an Instructor too.
